Minor raped in Muzaffarpur

Muzaffarpur: A minor girl was raped at Sheikhpura village under Ahiyapur police station area in the district late last evening.

Police said here today that a youth raped the minor girl, a native of his own village when she had gone to ease herself in diara of Gandak river.

When the girl did not return to her residence till late night, family members started searching for her and found her in semi-conscious condition later.

Police said that the girl had been admitted to Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital for medical examination.
An FIR had been lodged at the police station concerned in this connection.
