Police recover headless bodies of two sisters in Purnia

Purnia: Police recovered bodies of two siblings from Bilaria Ghat in this district on Wednesday.

Police said that headless bodies of two siblings Mala Devi (42) and Kalavati Devi, who were traceless since June 23 were recovered from Bilaria Ghat in the adjoining areas of Kasba and Jalalgarh police station areas on the receipt of information from herdsmen.

Sources said both sisters were going to Jalalgarh village when they had gone missing.

Police said the son of one of the sisters Manoj Kumar had filed a case of missing at Jalalgarh police station in this connection.

According to police, the bodies had been sent for autopsy.
