Train services paralysed after derailment of goods train in Bihar

Dehri-on-Sone: Train services on the up line of Dehri-Barwadih section under Mughalsarai division of East Central railway were paralysed after two rakes of a goods train derailed near Bakri Salaiya station in Rohtas district late last night.

Sources said that two coal laden rakes of the goods train jumped off tracks throwing train services out of gear.

Sources said that 13347 UP Palamu Express was diverted through down line to Patna and it got delayed by nearly four hours due to derailment.

Sources said that 53611 Barwadih-Dehri passenger train and 53358 Dehri-Barwadih passenger train were cancelled following the derailment causing great difficulties to local passengers.
