The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE) has also released online the list of Candidate’s not eligible for counselling in Govt.Medical/Dental Colleges on the basis of UGMAC-2018 and Cut off Rank for UGMAC-2018 First Counselling. Both the lists can be accessed from the “Quick Link” section of the website.
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE) started Under Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC 2018) for MBBS/BDS in 2018-29 on June 22, 2018. The last date to register was June 26, 2018.
The counselling programme for admissions to the first year of MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS courses based on the merit / rank list of NEET(UG)-2018 has started from June 29, 2018 at 9.30 am at I.A.S. Bhawan, Near Patna Airport, Patna-800014.
The counselling will be held for the candidates who are successful on the basis of NEET (UG)-2018 against State Quota MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS seats for Govt. Medical/Dental/ Ayurvedic/Homoeopathic/Tibbi Colleges and Private Medical/Dental Colleges of Bihar and who have applied Online for participating in the counselling/seat allotment.
Each candidate eligible as per para 1 above has to appear for counselling on the scheduled date alongwith hard copy of already ‘Online’ filled part-A and filled Part-B of application form / the original certificates & documents and other required enclosures. After verification of certificates/documents/ identity, the course/institution will be allotted Merit/Rank wise to eligible candidates as per prospectus of UGMAC-2018.
The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG -2018) is organized all over India. Students who had cracked 12th standard Bihar board Inter exam participated in the test. After declaration of NEETT result, every state individually accepts online applications for admissions in medical colleges. Accordingly, the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE) has also called for applications from the NEET qualifiers.
Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is constituted under Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act, 1995. Apart from Bihar NEET Medical Counselling, it conducts competitive examinations every year for admissions in various professional courses of Medical, Engineering and Agricultural streams in the Institutions of the state of Bihar.
