Illegal mini gun factory unearthed in Gaya

Gaya: Police unearthed an illegal mini gun factory and arrested its owner at Kachanpur village under Aanti police station area in the district today.

Police superintendent (operation) Arun Kumar said here that 21 half-finished country pistols, several half-finished revolvers, arms manufacturing equipment, naxal literature and other incriminating objects were recovered from the house of Naresh Yadav.

Naresh was also arrested from the spot, he added.

Mr Kumar said, Naresh who was an associate of a commander of outlawed CPI (Maoist) was involved in demanding extortion.

He said that on the basis of clues provided by the outlaw, the mechanic Began Mistri, who had assisted Naresh in manufacturing illegal firearms, was also arrested.
