JD (U) demands special status for Bihar, protests outside Parliament

New Delhi: Demanding special status for Bihar, JD(U) President Sharad Yadav staged protest outside the Parliament on Tuesday when Congress is all set to push the Telangana bill before the house. Yadav refuted the interim budget presented by Finance Minister P Chidambaram and said that it did not contain anything on the backward states and its welfare and was just an appreciation to the UPA government.
