Two dreaded Maoist arrested in Bihar

Patna: Stepping up their drive against Maoists, police on Wednesday
arrested two dreaded Maoists in Aurangabad and Jamui districts.

According to a report from Aurangabad, police arrested an extremist of outlawed
CPI (Maoist) Kalika Thakur from Kanchanpur village under Narari Kala Khurd police
station area in the district.

Police said the outlaw was involved in various naxal activities and several cases
were pending against him.
Sources said the nabbed extremist is a native of Barheta
village under Deo police station area.

According to a report from Jamui, police arrested a dreaded Maoist from Parasi
forest under Kharia police station area in the district.
