Patna: Bihar Transport Minister Santosh Kumar Nirala today appeared before the newly created special court to try criminal cases pending against MPs, MLAs and MLCs in connection with violation of the model code of conduct.
Mr Nirala appeared in the court of special judge Parshuram Singh Yadav.
The court posted the matter for next hearing on May 7 when the prosecution side would present its witnesses before it.
