Body of youth recovered from drain in Lakhisarai

Lakhisarai: Police recovered the body of a youth from a drain near Belchhua village under Suryagarha police station area in the district today.

Police said that the body was recovered following receipt of information from local people.
Sources said prima facie it appeared that the youth around 25 was beaten to death somewhere else and outlaws dumped his body in drain later.

Police said that the deceased could not be identified immediately.
The body has been sent for autopsy, sources added.
