Dry weather in Bihar, Gaya hottest
1 min readWeather in Bihar remained mainly hot and dry since Wednesday with many of its cities and towns witnessing temperatures above 40 degree celsius.
As per the met office bulletin, Gaya recorded the highest maximum temperature of 44.1 degree celsius, which is three notches above its normal.
Patna registered 42 degrees against yesterday’s 41 degrees celsius. The heat in the capital city was five degrees above normal maximum temperature.
Bhagalpur recorded 40 degree celsius and registered 23.9 mm of rainfall today, the met office said.
Purnea recorded maximum temperature of 35.2 degree celsius, it said.
In its forecast, the met office said Patna and Gaya may witness a partly cloudy sky tomorrow while Bhagalpur and Purnea may witness a partly cloudy sky with possibility of thunder or rain or dust storm.
