Huge consignment of ganja seized in Bihar

Bhagalpur: Police seized huge consignment of ganja from a car workshop and arrested two peddlers in Parbatti locality under Vishwavidyalaya police station area in the district today.

Senior police superintendent Ashish Bharti said here that 80 kgs of ganja were seized from a cabin specially created in a car, which was standing in the workshop.

He said that two smugglers- Meraj Alam and Mohammed Shafi Alam were arrested from the spot.

Mr Bharti said that the value of seized ganja was around Rs 2.
40 lakh in the international market.
