Mobile tower contractor shot dead in Khagaria

Khagaria: Unidentified criminals shot dead a mobile tower contractor in Rajendra Nagar locality under Chitragupta Nagar police station area in the district last night.

Police said here today that outlaws gunned down the contractor Tej Narayan Singh (40), a native of Bharpura village under Chautham police station area at the residence of his brother-in-law in Rajendra Nagar locality.

Mr Singh died on the spot.

Police said that the reason behind murder was land dispute.

The body has been sent for autopsy, sources added.
