Expressing Congress’ commitment for economic development of Bihar, Union Minister Oscar Fernandes today said the UPA government allocated more funds to it in comparison to other states as it understood the state’s aspirations.
Fernandes also assured that the state’s special status demand was under consideration of the central government.
