Sunny Leone goes back to small screen

Porn star-turned Bollywood actress Sunny Leone will soon be back on small screen, this time as the host of the popular reality show MTV Splitsvilla . Sunny, who made a foray into Indian showbiz through Bigg Boss , will be anchoring the seventh season of the popular show along with Nikhil Chinappa.

She replaces model- starlet Sherlyn Chopra as anchor of the show. Sherlyn, who anchored the last season, is all set to be seen in the film Kamasutra 3D soon.

Fresh from the success of her new film Ragini MMS 2 , Sunny was approached by MTV to host Splitsvilla , the Indian adaptation of the hit American dating reality show, Flavor Of Love . ” Sunny Leone is vivacious and has a way of interacting with the audience. There will be a slight change in the format of the show and Sunny will communicate with contestants on a regular basis,” said a source.

The reality show revolves around young boys and girls trying to secure a place in Splitsvilla which is a villa. It is a ‘ hunt for love’ show where they compete in tasks to stay in the competition and mingle with contestants to find love.

Sunny has finally come of age with Ragini MMS 2 , Ekta Kapoor’s film which earned Rs.47 crore after two weeks and has been declared a hit.

Senior advocate Hitesh Jain, representing Wizcraft management, claimed that the entire exercise is to ” sabotage the event on its eve”. ” The particular tour operator had floated his proposal, which wasn’t accepted. IIFA never made any commitment and there is no written legal contract. We are trying to resolve the issue amicably but if it is not done then we will claim damages for sabotaging an event,” said Jain.
